Official Sweepstakes Rules
  1. You must be 21 or older to enter. One entry per person. No purchase necessary.

  2. One winner per household. If more than one entry is drawn from a household, the first entry from the household is the awarded prize for the household. Any subsequent entries from the same household are deemed invalid.

  3. Need not be present to win the Catalina vacations or the El Monte RV Rental. Must be present to win or claim by 6 pm the hourly Riverside Resort Laughlin vacations on the day of the drawing of your name.

  4. All Oct. 24, 2010 drawing merchandise prizes must be claimed by 12-1-10 or the prize will be forfeited. Each winner will be required as a condition of being certified a winner, to execute an affidavit of eligibility; to sign a release of liability; sign a statement of compliance with the sweepstakes rules; and to authorize the use of his/her name, photograph and likeness in advertising or publicity of the show or the product.

  5. Employees and/or family members of any entity providing any prize for this contest, employees or family of RVIA and its advertising agency, RV dealership owners and their employees and family members or show exhibitors are not eligible to enter.

  6. All entries become the exclusive property of RVIA.

  7. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes (i.e. sales or income taxes), vehicle license and registration fees, dealer preparation and document fees or any costs associated with making your vehicle towing-ready. Winners are responsible for any costs incurred in removing the prize from the official designated dealership. Prizes are the exact product or trip described in the Giveaway Display and cannot be substituted, exchanged, or the deadline extended. No cash value. Trips may be required to be taken on/by specific dates that may not be exchanged or extended. Any cost associated with a trip, not specifically stated as included, is excluded. All prizes are offered as is. RVIA, its agents and officers are not liable for any defects in the prizes.

  8. By entering this sweepstakes you opt-in and agree that you may be called by telemarketers or e-mailed promotional materials and e-newsletters by RVIA. RVIA will not sell, lease, rent or loan your e-mail to anyone outside of RVIA. Show e-newsletters offer an opportunity to opt-out from receiving future e-newsletters.

  9. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Up to 30,000 entry forms are distributed at the show.

  10. To receive a complete list of sweepstakes rules and a list of winners’ names, send a stamped self-addressed envelope by 11-01-10 to RVIA, 6529 Riverside Ave., Ste. 150, Riverside, CA 92506.

  11. Certain prize packages have specific terms and conditions or black-out dates.

  12. In the event of a dispute the decision of the RVIA Western Region Show Director is final.
